Race Description
The Foundations 4 Hope 5K will take place on October 19, 2024, from 8 AM to 10 AM at the Trussville Entertainment District in Trussville, Alabama. The event aims to promote community engagement through running or walking a 5K, with both individual and relay options available.
Participants can look forward to a chipped time event that includes a Jerry Can 5K Relay for teams of three. Each team will carry a filled Jerry can while aiming to finish the race together. This year's event will support efforts to provide resources and leadership training within communities in East Africa, enhancing the capacity of local churches and empowering individuals.
