Race Description
The For the Love of Running 5K/1K is set to take place on February 15, 2025, at Dawson High School in Pearland, TX. This uplifting event, held right after Valentine's Day, aims to celebrate running while supporting the Dawson Cross Country and Track & Field programs. Participants can look forward to a festive atmosphere complete with door prizes and various vendors.
Awards will be presented to the top three males and females in each age division for the 5K, as well as a generous prize of $250 for the overall male and female winners aged 18 and over. Early bird registration is encouraged, with the deadline for online entry closing on February 12. The races will commence with the 1K at 8 am followed by the 5K at 8:15 am.
