Race Description
On October 26, 2024, the "Fly with Faith Inc" 5K Run/Walk will be held at Winter Haven Airport from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with the official start time set between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. This event aims to commemorate the lives lost in a tragic mid-air collision, including that of Faith Baker Rowe, a passionate aviator and beloved daughter of event organizer Ann Baker.
Participation in this event invites supporters to honor Faith and her student Zach Mace, promoting safer skies through improved aviation safety education and scholarships for aspiring pilots. Donations of any amount are encouraged to help achieve these goals, alongside the enjoyment of a community running and walking experience.
