Race Description
On January 13, 2025, Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie will host its annual Howl at the Moon Night Run/Walk, celebrating the first full moon of the year with a casual, untimed run at 6 PM. Participants can choose to complete a suggested 5k route in the South Hills Mall parking lot, with the option to run or walk 1 to 3 laps, or more based on personal preference.
To ensure safety during the nighttime event, participants are required to wear night gear including a light to see the path ahead and flashing accessories to help drivers identify them. All participants will receive a long-sleeved hoodie, a custom bib, a glow-in-the-dark finisher's medal, and a delicious black & white cookie after the run. Registration is online only, and spaces are limited.
