Race Description
On December 8, 2024, Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie will host the 5th Annual Ugly Sweater Run, inviting participants to wear their most creative holiday-themed attire for a fun 5K run in the parking lot of South Hills Mall. This un-timed event encourages both runners and walkers of all abilities, promising a festive atmosphere filled with camaraderie and holiday spirit.
Participants can expect a delightful array of activities after the run, including apple cider and cider donuts, along with prizes for the best holiday sweaters and costumes. Registration is essential as it is online only, and the event is anticipated to sell out quickly. Notably, each participant will receive a pair of custom Zensah Ugly Sweater socks, a unique bib, and a handmade finisher’s medal, making this race a memorable addition to the holiday festivities.
