Race Description
The Fast & Funky 5k will take place from October 5 to October 12, 2024, in Hampton, VA. This family-friendly event combines a fun run/walk with music and contests, all while supporting Transitions Family Violence Services, which aids survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking. Participants are encouraged to dress in their most colorful attire reminiscent of the 60s to 80s for a vibrant experience.
Registration for the Fast & Funky 5k is currently open, with online registration closing on October 10, 2024, at 11:59 PM. A limited number of 200 participants can join in this celebration of fun and fitness, with race day packet pickup starting at 7:00 AM. The race is set to commence at 8:30 AM at Matteson Trail, with awards distributed across multiple age categories.
