Race Description
The Triad Pediatrics Foundation is set to host its inaugural "Every Mile Counts - 5k and Fun Run" on October 19, 2024, in High Point, North Carolina. This event aims to raise awareness and funds to alleviate suffering through physical, mental, and spiritual help. Participants will enjoy a scenic course that begins at Triad Pediatrics and joins the Bicentennial Greenway, making this a family-friendly event with options for runners and walkers of all ages.
Registration is currently open for the race, and all participants who register by September 28th are guaranteed a T-shirt. The event will feature timed 5k runs with prizes for different age groups and an additional 1-mile fun run/walk purely for enjoyment. Alongside the race, vendors will be present, and a costume contest will be held for participants of all ages, adding to the festive atmosphere. This event marks a significant fundraiser for the foundation, and organizers are excited to invite the community to join in making a difference.
