Race Description
On May 4th, 2025, the Empire Strides Back event will take place along the scenic waterfront of Long Beach, California. Designed for fans of all ages and skill levels, this intergalactic running experience features distances of 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon, welcoming galaxy explorers, Jedi warriors, and Sith striders to show off their running prowess in a festive atmosphere.
Participants can expect a unique galactic-themed vibe, complete with music, costumes, and photo opportunities. The event kicks off early in the morning with bib pickup starting at 6:15 AM, followed by the race start times at 7:00 AM for the Half Marathon and 7:30 AM for the 5K and 10K.
