Race Description
The El Paso Sunrise Series - III is set to kick off with its inaugural event, promising a series of five 5k races throughout the city of El Paso. The first race is scheduled for June 7, 2025, with a grand finale at the local running shop, Up and Running, on July 26, 2025. The series aims to provide scholarships to local El Paso Community College Cross Country athletes.
Registration for the event will open in February 2025, with participants receiving a custom medal for completing each race. Additional giveaways will be offered at each event, but supplies are limited to the first 200 registrants. Participants can also earn age group awards and compete for Strava crowns during the events. The series welcomes all ages and encourages community participation with a post-race party and vendor activities.
