Race Description
The DPS Education Foundation is set to host the fourth Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk and Children's Fun Run on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2024. The event will commence and conclude at American Legion Field in Danville, VA, with all proceeds benefiting programs and scholarships for local students and teachers.
Participants can register for the Children's Fun Run, which is free for those aged 12 and under when an adult is registered for the 5K. The 5K Run/Walk has a pre-registration fee of $30, increasing to $35 on race day. Registration opens at 7:00 am, with race activities scheduled to start shortly thereafter.
