Race Description
The Downs Park 5 Miler is set to take place on November 2, 2024, at John H. Down's Memorial Park in Pasadena, MD. This annual race features a scenic loop course on paved trails, offering participants beautiful views of the Chesapeake Bay as they navigate the course that starts and ends at the Fernwood Pavilion.
Participants must complete the 5-mile course at a minimum pace of 15 minutes per mile. Registration on race day will be available from 7:15 to 8:00 AM for a fee of $20, while online registration for Annapolis Strider members is discounted. Bib pickup is scheduled from 7:30 to 8:15 AM. It is important to note that baby joggers and strollers are not permitted during the race.
