Race Description
The District 4 Heroes ACTIVATE 5K and Health Summit is set to take place on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Port San Antonio. This event aims to promote health and wellness and is open to runners, walkers, and those with strollers, encouraging community participation.
Participants can look forward to event t-shirts, which will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis during packet pickup. Additionally, medals will be awarded to the first finishers, adding a competitive spirit to the inclusive event. Opening ceremonies will commence at 7:30 AM, with the race starting at 8:00 AM.
