Race Description
The inaugural Des Moines Spring 4-Mile is set to take place on March 2, 2025, at Waterworks Park in Des Moines, Iowa. Organized by Wieland Racing, this event aims to provide participants with a benchmark for their spring training, welcoming runners of all levels to engage in this flat and fast course.
The race will feature a unique prize structure, with the top six male and female finishers each receiving $100. With a modest total purse of $1200, the event seeks to support local elite runners while promoting a competitive atmosphere among participants.
