Race Description
The Defiance 50K, 30K, 15K & 3-Person 50K Relay is set to take place on October 12, 2024, in the scenic Point Defiance Park, Tacoma, WA. Participants will experience a beautiful course that showcases the stunning natural landscapes of over 700 acres of old growth forests and panoramic views of Puget Sound.
Each race distance offers a unique challenge: the 15K and each relay team member will complete one loop, 30K runners will tackle two loops, and 50K athletes will compete in three loops of approximately 9.75 miles each. The course promises to be mostly dry in mid-October, ideal for runners looking to enjoy the moderately hilly terrain.
