Race Description
The Deep Hollow Half Marathon & 5K Trail Race is set to take place on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at the Hydaway Outdoor Center in Lynchburg, VA. This popular event features two race options: a Half Marathon spanning 13.1 miles primarily on single track trails, and a 5K race that serves as an out-and-back course on a forest road.
Participants can expect an exciting race atmosphere with a pack pickup scheduled for Friday, October 18, and awards for the top finishers in various categories. Runners will also have the opportunity to earn finisher awards and additional prizes throughout the event. Registration is currently open and interested runners are encouraged to sign up early to secure their spot and receive a guaranteed race t-shirt.
