Race Description
The Dallas Running Club is set to kick off its 2025 Spring Training Program, offering runners of all levels a chance to prepare for upcoming races, including 5Ks, 10Ks, half-marathons, and marathons. This program is exclusive to members of the Dallas Running Club, emphasizing the importance of community and support in achieving personal fitness goals.
The training program will start on January 11, 2025, and will run through April 26, 2025, under the guidance of RRCA-certified coaches and experienced volunteers. Participants can expect a comprehensive approach that covers nutrition, injury prevention, and race preparation, tailored to fit a variety of fitness levels and goals.
