Race Description
The Cross Country Experience is set to take place at R-S Central High School in Rutherfordton, NC on October 12, 2024. This 5k course features two loops primarily on dirt trails, combined with some paved sections, and offers minimal elevation gain. Runners will start at the north end zone of the football field and navigate through wooded areas and fields before finishing on the new Geo Surface track within the stadium.
Open to all types of participants, including runners, joggers, and walkers, this event promises an enjoyable experience for both competitors and spectators. Friends and family will have ample opportunities to cheer on participants as they complete the race, making it a community-oriented event. Registration is currently open for those interested in joining this unique running experience.
