Race Description
Join us at Woodland High School in Cartersville, GA for the Community "Run at the Rock" 5K, a challenging cross-country trail run that is a staple of North Georgia XC racing. Runners will face a unique 90-foot ascent up "The Rock" during the second mile, making this race a test of endurance and spirit. The event not only caters to competitive 5K runners but also includes a 1-Mile Fun Run for younger athletes, ensuring a fun day for participants of all ages.
Scheduled for November 16, 2024, the event will feature a range of logistical details for participants. Entry fees are set at $35 for the 5K and $20 for the 1-Mile run, with online registration closing on November 11, 2024. Race day registration will open at 6:30 AM, and parking will be available at Woodland High School. Commemorative shirts will be provided in various sizes, and awards will be given to the top finishers in multiple categories.
