Race Description
The Colin's Joy Project 5K is set to take place on September 28, 2024, in South Boston. This annual event includes multiple youth races followed by a scenic 5K course along the beautiful beaches of South Boston. Participants can expect light refreshments and entertainment after the race, along with awards and raffle prizes.
Registration for the 5K is now open, priced at $30, with a special youth registration fee of $15. The first 250 registered runners will receive a race shirt, and additional merchandise will be available for purchase. The event aims to honor Colin McGrath's legacy by supporting community play space projects that enhance children and family programming in the Boston area.
