Race Description
The Cobb County 5K benefitting Make a Wish Georgia is set to take place on October 5, 2024, in Marietta, Georgia. This annual event is designed to raise funds for Make-A-Wish® Georgia, aiming to grant wishes for children with critical illnesses within Cobb County. The race will begin at 8:00 a.m. at Glover Park, with walk-up registration available starting at 7:00 a.m.
Participants will gather on the historic Marietta Square, participating in a Peachtree Road Race qualifying event. This year, the organization hopes to fulfill 14 wishes for local children, including experiences ranging from travel to meeting a celebrity.
