Race Description
The Christmas Star Run is set to take place on November 30, 2024, at Christian City in Union City, GA. This annual event begins with a festive Christmas tree lighting and features a family-friendly atmosphere complete with Christmas lights, carolers, refreshments, and entertainment. Participants are encouraged to dress in holiday-themed attire, and glow wear will be provided to add to the event's festive spirit.
Runners can choose between a flat 5K and a 1-mile course that meanders through the picturesque, 500-acre campus of Christian City, which supports vulnerable children and families. The Christmas Star Run also serves as a qualifier for the AJC Peachtree Road Race. Proceeds from this event will benefit Christian City's Children & Family Programs, which aim to provide life-changing support to children in crisis.
