Race Description
The Chilly Dog 5K Race and related events are set to take place on March 15, 2025, in New Freedom, PA. Participants can enjoy the unique experience of registering at the Northern Central Railway station and taking a scenic train ride that offers stops for different race categories. Runners and walkers are encouraged to arrive early for registration, which opens at 8:45 am, to ensure a prompt start at 11:30 am.
This year's event promises a festive atmosphere with prizes, including trophies for the top three runners. Participants can also look forward to a raffle supporting local initiatives, with raffle tickets available for purchase. Following the race, the raffle draw will be held at Vortex Brewing Company, encouraging community engagement and support for local businesses as part of this family-friendly event.
