Race Description
The Chicago River Swim is set to take place on September 22, 2024, and is recognized as the signature event of A Long Swim, a charitable organization dedicated to supporting ALS research. Participants will swim in the scenic Chicago River, contributing to valuable causes while enjoying a unique urban experience.
With support from numerous local and federal agencies, along with area businesses and the Chicago community, the Chicago River Swim aims not only to raise funds for ALS collaborative research at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine but also to promote local youth swimming programs. Registration for the event is currently open.
