Race Description
CHASE THE SHADOW! is an upcoming free, untimed fun run/walk/roll event scheduled for May 11, 2025, at West Swinney Park in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The event welcomes participants of all fitness levels and is capped at 88 participants, ensuring an intimate and engaging atmosphere for all.
The unique twist of the event requires participants to complete a 5k route before 'The Shadow' does, making it a fun challenge for runners and walkers alike. Awards will be presented to the top male and female finishers, as well as to the first boy and girl under 13. Participants are encouraged to dress in black clothing for the occasion.
