Race Description
The Chase the Chief 5k and Family Fun Run, scheduled for March 2, 2025, at Eastview High School in Georgetown, Texas, aims to raise funds for local physical education programs. This fitness initiative, supported by the Georgetown Police Department, seeks to raise awareness about childhood obesity and promote healthier lifestyles among families and children.
The event will kick off with a Vendor Fair from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by the Fun Run at 1:15 PM and the main 5k race starting at 2:00 PM. Community members are encouraged to participate and engage in enjoyable physical activities as part of this health-focused initiative.
