Race Description
The 2025 Catamount Climb Half Marathon and 5K is set to take place on April 5, 2025, at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina. This annual event features a scenic 5K course that runs entirely on campus, while the half marathon course includes several miles off-campus before returning for the finish at the university grounds.
Organized by the Western Carolina University School of Health Sciences and the Department of Campus Recreation & Wellness, the event aims to raise funds to support student professional development and scholarships. Participants will receive race packets, including t-shirts and coupons, with finisher medals awarded to those completing the half marathon.
