Race Description
The second annual Calvert Marine Museum Society Otter Trot 5K is scheduled for April 12, 2025, in Solomons, Maryland. Participants of all ages are invited to enjoy this timed race, which aims to support the care of local river otters. Registration is currently open but will see price increases after March 29, 2025.
The event will take place rain or shine, with check-in and packet pickup scheduled before the race. Attendees are encouraged to bring strollers and leashed dogs. Proceeds will contribute to building a new enclosure for otters Chessie Grace and Calvert. The race promises to be an entertaining experience for all, culminating in an awards ceremony for top finishers.
