Race Description
The Brian Diemer Family of Races, celebrating its 35th anniversary, will return on June 14, 2025, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, featuring a flat and fast 5K course. This popular event attracts runners who enjoy music, competition, and community spirit, highlighted by six live bands performing along the route, kid's runs, and opportunities for participants to win prizes if they outperform the Olympian Brian Diemer himself.
