Race Description
On March 29, 2025, trail running enthusiasts will gather for the inaugural Bourbon Country 25k/50k at the Harry S. Frazier Scout Reservation in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. This event promises to challenge participants with a beautiful yet demanding 15.7-mile loop, offering a unique running experience of over 2,300 feet of elevation gain per loop.
The race will feature three water stations and two 'light' aid stations with snacks to support runners throughout the course. Additionally, all finishers will receive a commemorative medal and a stylish race day shirt, making this event memorable for all participants. With a cutoff time of nine hours for both distances, the Bourbon Country 25k/50k aims to not only foster competition but also celebrate the spirit of trail running.
