Race Description
The 2025 Born to Run - New Orleans 5K & 1/2-Mile Fun Run is set to take place on March 29, 2025, at Lafreniere Park in Metairie, Louisiana. This event is organized to benefit Woman’s New Life Clinic, providing essential support to women facing unplanned pregnancies in the Greater New Orleans area. All are welcome to join and participate in this family-friendly event, which promises to be an engaging experience for runners, walkers, and strollers alike.
Participants can enjoy a morning full of activities with the 1/2-mile Fun Run/Walk starting at 8:30 am, followed by the 5K run at 9:00 am. After the races, a post-race ‘Birthday’ Party will feature free food, music, and fun for families. Those who wish to receive a race t-shirt must register by February 24, 2025. Minors are required to have a parent or guardian's signature for registration and participation.
