Race Description
The annual Bluffs on the Red running event, organized by Get On A Trail Shreveport LLC and Run Wild, is set to take place on October 4, 2024, at the scenic Charles and Marie Hamel Memorial Park. This exciting race includes options for 1-hour, 2-hour, and 3-hour running segments, designed to usher in the fall running season with a festive launch party atmosphere.
Participants will enjoy a scenic course that features a 1.25-mile loop paved trail alongside the Red River. Included in the event are music, refreshments, and a chance for prizes, with a male and female winner announced for each hour. All participants will receive a race shirt and a token of appreciation, making it a fun experience for all on this night run.
