Race Description
The 14th Annual MLK 5k/10k is scheduled to take place on January 20, 2025, in Savannah, GA. This event, organized by Blessings In A Bookbag Inc., Howe2Run, and Endurance Race Service, aims to raise funds and awareness regarding child hunger in the local community. All registered participants will receive a finishing medal, entailing a fun and inclusive atmosphere as everyone is welcome to walk, run, or skate with their pets.
Participants can register on-site starting at 7 AM on race day, with the race officially kicking off at 8 AM. There are also designated packet pick-up days on January 17 and 18, where runners will receive their race packets containing essential race materials. This year’s event promises to be bigger and better, as the organizers invite the community to take part in this charitable cause at Howe 2 Run Store in the Shoppes of Savannah.
