Race Description
The 3rd Annual Black History Month 5K and 1 Mile Fun Walk is set to take place on Saturday, February 22, 2025, in Danville, Kentucky. This event aims to celebrate and acknowledge the contributions of Black Americans throughout history while promoting fitness and community engagement.
Participants can choose to take on a 5K run or opt for a 1 Mile fun walk, with new features for 2025 including finisher’s medals and commemorative race T-shirts. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Agape House, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting pregnant women and their families.
