Race Description
The Birdeye Running Event, set for November 9, 2024, invites participants to experience a unique running festival in Cherry Valley, Arkansas, featuring a 17-mile point-to-point race from Harrisburg back to the farm, as well as a 5k trail run and a flat one-mile run. The event is part of the Birdeye Gravel Festival, which combines running and cycling activities with local music, food, and cultural events.
As part of the festival, runners will have the opportunity to explore scenic routes that traverse Crowley's Ridge, enjoying farm-to-table cuisine and the warmth of the local community. The event promises a full day of fun with post-race activities, including snacks, beverages, and live music, emphasizing an inclusive atmosphere, with opportunities for marginalized and underprivileged individuals to participate for free through scholarships.
