Race Description
On October 8, 2024, Birdseye Outfitters and Yooper Running Company will host the Recycle Run 5K in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan. The race will kick off at 6 PM to provide participants with optimal visibility during the event. All runners will receive a recycled race medal and drink token for a complimentary beverage. Online registration is open until race day, with an entry fee of just $10.
The 5K course will start and finish at Birdseye Outfitters and will follow the bike path along Portage Avenue. Runners and walkers are advised to remain cautious of traffic, as the course will not be closed to vehicles. Additionally, participants are encouraged to bring returnable cans or bottles for donation to support local trail development. Live race results will be available via email and on the event page.
