Race Description
The Big Brothers Big Sisters Miles for Mentorship 2024 event is set to take place on October 13, 2024, at Hawk Island Park in Lansing, Michigan. This outdoor walk or run 5K will mark the 4th annual event organized to support Big Brothers Big Sisters Michigan Capital Region's mission of fostering mentoring relationships for youth in the area. The event aims to raise funds that will help the agency achieve its vision of helping young individuals reach their full potential.
In addition to the 5K, the event will feature the Spooky Sprint Kids Run for children aged 12 and under, encouraging them to participate in Halloween costumes and rewarding them with treat bags at the finish line. The race will be professionally timed, and results will be instantly posted during the event, as well as made available online shortly thereafter. Event registration is currently open for those interested in participating.
