Race Description
The Be the Light 5K is set to take place on December 15, 2024, at McNair Stadium in Forest City, NC. This event features a 5K run/walk as well as a Fun Run for youth aged 12 and under. Early registration is available for $25 until November 26, 2024, after which the cost increases to $30 until race day. Special pricing is offered for youth participants and those opting for the Fun Run.
Participants can expect packet pickup and onsite registration from 5:00 pm on race day, with the 5K starting at 6:30 pm followed by the Fun Run at 6:35 pm. Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers overall, as well as the top three finishers in various age groups for the 5K.
