Race Description
The Be a Hero Beer Mile Relay is set to take place on October 18, 2024, in Roanoke, Virginia, as part of the Go Fest festivities. This spirited event encourages participants to dress in creative hero costumes, with prizes available for the best team costumes as they navigate the challenging course at Elmwood Amphitheater.
Teams of up to four members will take on a unique relay format that involves consuming a beverage before completing each lap. Registration for the race, which has a cap of 25 teams, is currently open until October 17, 2024, and participants must be 21 years or older to compete. A mandatory pre-race meeting will precede the event at 6:00 PM on race day.
