Race Description
The Bay Saint Louis Run+SUP is set to take place on August 9, 2025, in beautiful Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi, which has been recognized as one of America's Best Coastal Small Towns by USA Today. This unique race combines a 5K run followed by a 1-mile stand-up paddleboard (SUP) competition, attracting participants eager to engage in both running and paddling activities.
This event, hosted by the Bay Saint Louis Running Company, will feature participants competing individually and in teams for awards based on overall time. Each runner will traverse a scenic 5K course along the beach, while paddlers will enjoy a parallel 1-mile course. Chip timing will be introduced for faster, more accurate results, and a smooth transition from running to paddling will be implemented to enhance the experience.
