Race Description
The B.L.T.F. Winter Lionfish Derby 2025 is set to take place from January 1 to January 31, 2025, allowing Bermuda residents to participate in hunting lionfish. Participants are required to possess a current lionfish culling permit to enter the event, which is aimed at addressing the invasive lionfish population in Bermuda's waters.
A registration fee of $60 is necessary for participants, which includes a tournament sweatshirt and admission to the prize giving event. The competition will conclude with a prize ceremony on February 16, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Aquarium's Tank room, where hoodies will also be available for collection.
