Race Description
The Azalea Classic is set to take place on May 10, 2025, in University Park, MD, as a family-friendly event featuring a variety of races. Participants can choose from a USATF-sanctioned 5K, a 1-Mile Challenge Run, or a 1K Family Fun Run, all organized by the University Park Elementary School Parent Teacher Association. The event welcomes dogs and strollers, and all proceeds will support school programs.
Registration for the Azalea Classic is currently open, with early bird pricing available until April 19, 2025. The event will take place rain or shine, with participants advised to expect street closures starting at 7 AM on race day.
