Race Description
The Arunay Foundation Annual Beach Safety & Drowning Prevention event is set to take place on October 27, 2024, at Quarry Lakes Regional Recreation Area in Fremont, California. This event aims to promote beach safety and raise awareness about hazardous beach conditions, encouraging participants to support the cause by walking, running, or joining a team.
Participants can choose to run either a 5K or 10K course that winds through the scenic trails of Quarry Lakes Park. The event also offers activities for families, including educational booths on beach safety, and features a welcoming community atmosphere for all attendees. Proceeds will be donated to improve beach safety measures and support educational efforts by the Arunay Foundation.
