Race Description
The 50th Annual Almond Bowl is set to take place on November 3rd, 2024 in Lower Bidwell Park, Chico, CA. Participants can choose to run either a 5K or 10K race, starting at South Park Drive and finishing near Sycamore Field. Registration is currently open and includes a race shirt, bib, and a post-race snack bag.
The event not only promotes community engagement but also serves as a fundraiser for local high school cross-country teams and band programs. Participants are encouraged to wear gold and black attire to celebrate the significant milestone of the 50th anniversary. Prizes will be awarded to top finishers, along with a chance to win additional race swag through a drawing for all registered participants.
