Race Description
The ADM Recovery Challenge 5K is set to take place on June 7, 2025, in Akron, Ohio. This event promises a fun and competitive atmosphere for athletes of various ages and abilities, featuring a challenging course that symbolizes the struggles faced by those in recovery. Participants can enjoy a 5K race followed by a 1 Mile Family Fun Walk, making it an inclusive event for families.
Early registrants will receive a custom race shirt, and all participants in the 5K will be awarded a medal. Awards will be presented to the top finishers in various categories, ensuring recognition for both individual performances and team efforts. Additionally, event organizers emphasize that if Covid-19 cases rise, the race could shift to a virtual format, in adherence to health guidelines.
