Race Description
The 8th annual Ashley Furio 5K Run/Walk is set to take place on October 12, 2024, at the Crooked Hammock Brewery in Lewes, Delaware. This fundraising event aims to support the Margaret H. Rollins Child Development Center at the Children’s Beach House, honoring the memory of Ashley Nicole Furio. Participants can look forward to a family-friendly atmosphere complete with a post-race celebration featuring food, music, and activities for all ages.
Registration for the event is currently open, with pre-registration available until October 11 for $30, while on-the-day registration will cost $35. Additionally, attendees who prefer to partake without running can join the 'Crooked Crawl' for $30 pre-registration. The event promises a fun day of running and community engagement, complemented by various awards for top participants and fundraisers.
