Race Description
The 8 Hours of Brown County, hosted by the Indiana Trail Running Association, returns for its seventh annual edition on June 14, 2025. Taking place at the scenic Brown County State Park, this exciting event will feature a challenging 8-hour loop course designed for runners of all abilities, complemented by optional camping and meal options for participants.
Participants can enjoy the beautiful trails with a single loop course that encompasses approximately 8 miles and has a total elevation change of about 2000 feet. The event is free for ITRA members while non-members can register for a fee. With awards for top performers and supportive amenities provided along the route, this relaxed yet competitive environment encourages camaraderie among trail enthusiasts.
