Race Description
The 6th Annual Baby Steps for Jameson Memorial 5K is set to take place on March 2, 2025, in McLeansboro, Illinois. This event includes a 5K race and a Kids' ½ Mile Fun Run, aimed at raising funds for the Tender Mercies Foundation of Southern Illinois, which supports grieving parents.
Participants can anticipate a flat and fast all-asphalt course, with awards given to the top two runners and walkers in each age category. The event will also feature a Kids' Fun Run, where every finisher will receive a commemorative award. Runners, walkers, and supporters are encouraged to honor loved ones by bringing signs or wearing personalized shirts.
