Race Description
The 4th Annual Oberlin Monster Mash Dash 5k Fun Run is set to take place on October 26, 2024, in Oberlin, Ohio. This untimed and unsupported fun run will cover a distance of 3.1 miles, winding through the city's scenic areas and concluding at Tappan Square. Participants are encouraged to dress in their most creative Halloween costumes, with special prizes awarded for the best outfits.
The event will not only feature prizes for various costume categories but also includes a Halloween afterparty at Black River (15 S. Main St.) following the run. Attendees can choose to walk, rollerblade, or bike rather than run, making it an inclusive event for everyone. The organizers remind participants to avoid costumes that may be considered offensive, as disqualification will occur for such choices.
