Race Description
The 46th Annual Mike Sterling 10k and 5k races will take place on August 30, 2025, in Crisfield, MD. Participants can expect a fast and flat course that runs through the city and along the waterfront, making it an ideal setting for runners, walkers, and ruckers alike. The event coincides with the National Hard Crab Derby and features three water stops along the route to support participants.
Registration for the event is now open, with early registrants guaranteed a t-shirt if they sign up by August 1, 2025. The race will start at the Crisfield City Dock, and there will be no refunds as proceeds support the local chamber of commerce. Additionally, participants should note that the 10k ruck has a mandatory 20-pound weight and will begin at 7:00 a.m., while the regular races will kick off later in the morning.
