Race Description
The 46th Annual Hill & Dale 8 Miler is set to take place on January 4, 2025, at Meeman Shelby Forest State Park in Millington, TN. The event will kick off at 11:00 AM, promising participants a scenic run through the park's hills and dales on a USATF certified course.
Registration is currently open for the race, which will be timed electronically by the Memphis Runners Track Club. Participants are advised to register online prior to race day, as onsite registration will not be available. With the prices set to increase after December 27, early registration is encouraged to secure lower pricing.
